    Please telephone the practice and advise our reception staff if you have been delayed or will not be able to attend your appointment.As our practice is quite busy, many patients have to wait for appointments to become available.If you notify us and cancel your appointments when you cannot attend we are able to offer the time to another patient who can then see a doctor.We have made the decision to charge a fee of $10 for non attendance without notifying us, commencing in October 2017.
