Crestmead Medical Centre runs an appointment based practice but also caters for emergencies that present.

If you have flu-like symptoms, including a fever, cough, headache, sore throat or shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste it is important you seek medical care early as these may be COVID-19 symptoms. Please contact us via phone 3803 5400 prior to making a booking or visiting the medical centre. Please advise at the time of booking if you have been in an area identified as a COVID-19 hotspot in the last 2 weeks or you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
As Queensland’s border opens, to protect all patients, staff and doctors, masks must be worn at our medical centre by all patients and visitors age 12 and above.
If you are unable to wear a mask, please advise and we will make alternative arrangements to help you.
It is also requested that only the patient (and one support person if required) attend their appointment.
